Abstract

The Biochemical Society identifies and celebrates outstanding science communication talent in the molecular biosciences with its annual Science Communication Prize. Winnie Koon, from the National University of Singapore, won the joint second prize in the media category for students in higher education. Winnie’s entry is titled ‘Why do perfumes smell different from the sum of their parts?’
