Abstract

In the second quarter, 2007, issue of EMR, the author wrote an article about why companies fail. As an example of management gone awry, the author told a story of a high-end resort and posed several questions for management. In this paper, the author is going to take a look at another company which can be seen as "successful" as opposed to the one previously written about. Although in the same category of high-end hotels as the first one, the atmosphere and service at this resort led to a very different experience.
