Yager Mr. Yager, Toledo attorney, was a member of the city council of that city from 1956 to 1961, and mayor from 1958 to 1959. He is president of the Toledo Council of Churches and on the board of directors of the Greater Toledo Municipal League and numerous other institutions dealing with the public welfare.
