Abstract
The reform and operation mode in energy efficiency market is an important issue, especially in the process of China's sustainable development. The paper gives some analysis on this issue on the reference of white certificate, which is a new policy mode booming in Europe recent years. A brief economic model is quoted to analyze the benefit between white certificate and China's energy efficiency policy mode. Some useful suggestions and solutions are put forward for the reform of energy efficiency market in China. White Certificate is not only a kind of energy efficiency policy but also an exchange system of energy efficiency. It has great advantages for China's reference in improving energy efficiency. The energy efficiency market is booming in China and the potential is very large. The academic analysis and correlative suggestions in the paper will be propitious to promote energy efficiency market in China. (5 pages)
