Abstract

ABSTRACTThis article is comprised of a research prose poem and commentary which speculate on the source of an academically situated research playwriting project and primary grade producing in class Shakespearean theatre. The author provides a/r/tographic (artist/researcher/teacher) reflections on the process of writing the poem and makes new connections to poets and poetry, research-based playwriting and a/r/tography and suggests the therapeutic effects of writing artistically but in a different genre than the original art.
