Abstract
It is shown that the existing experimental data on ϱ' (1600) → ωπ 0 and ϱ' (1600) → K ∗ K + K ∗K decays cannot be understood in the framework of the naive quark model. The study of these decays in e +e - annihilation is thought to be of great necessity and interest.
