If you're lucky, all of your nonprofit's board members are happy and eager to make personal financial contributions to the organization each year, demonstrating their commitment to its mission and the good it is doing. But unfortunately, many nonprofits struggle to get 100% of their boards to make these gifts, for a variety of reasons.
