Abstract

In this chapter entitled ‘When evidence-based practices come up against social and scientific uncertainty’, Philippe Lyet addresses the limits of rationalized and standardized approaches in social practices, and argues in favor of relativity and the hybridization of knowledge in a context of advanced modernity. He thus develops participatory and collaborative research models capable of reporting on the clinical issues and perspectives at work in the field of social intervention.
