Abstract

This book reads as a collection of everything the author could bring together as a resource for designing digital point-topoint microwave networks. While this book contains plenty of formulas, statistics, and mathematics, it is primarily practical rather than theoretical. It does not contain any exercises, examples, or problems sets, so it was obviously intended more as a working reference than as an academic textbook. However, the material and information in this book could serve as a very useful and practical course text. The book also contains a lot of history on digital communication, which helps give the reader perspective as well as make the reading more interesting.
