Abstract
Basia Michalski, BA, is a third-year medical student at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, WI, with ambitions to pursue a career in Dermatology upon receiving her medical doctorate in the Spring of 2017. Basia is a St. Louis native who attended Washington University in St. Louis and graduated with a BS in French literature and Biology. Her dermatological interests lie in cutaneous oncology and autoimmune disorders of the skin. Edit Olasz, MD, PhD, is an associate professor of Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed a fellowship at the Dermatology Branch at the National Cancer Institute. She is an expert of aesthetic dermatology, non-surgical facial rejuvenation, aesthetic and laser surgery. She has been invited to numerous national and international meetings to lecture on these topics. Dr Olasz also directs the dermatology resident aesthetic dermatology education. Her cosmetic treatment philosophy stands on four pillars; science, skills, sophistication and safety.
