Discusses several questions that relate to women and engineering, such as: Why are so few women in our profession? How can we motivate girls to choose our field? What are the challenges of working in this male-dominated field? How we manage a career and a family? In analyzing these topics, the authod focuses on her personal and professional experiences to share them with our community and highlight several points that are interesting for further discussion.
