Abstract
In my previous editorial in 2008, I outlined the challenges for pharmacy education laid down in the UK Department of Health's White Paper for pharmacy and posed the question: 'Well, where do we go from here?' Since then we have had the financial crisis, new government proposals for a complete root and branch change in the National Health Service (NHS) and legislation that will increase student tuition fees to 9000 pounds a year from 2012.
