Abstract

When you are involved in your next union campaign, you can expect to see tried‐and‐true union propaganda such as flyers, newsletters, and similar printed materials. With increasing frequency, these materials visibly feature targeted employers' trademarks, such as company logos. In such instances, a manager who sees this co‐opted use of company intellectual property is likely to be upset.
