Abstract

Each month, Management Report endeavors to provide wisdom and information to employers seeking to maintain union‐free status. Sometimes, the best way to do that is by highlighting what not to do. By learning from others' mistakes, employers can chart better paths for themselves. We will occasionally be highlighting “What Not to Do” cases in future editions.
