Neutrino and antineutrino scattering experiments will help determine which, if any, unified gauge theory of weak interactions and electromagnetism is correct. We derive two sum rules for scattering from targets with roughly equal numbers of protons and neutrons, and show how they may be tested most easily by experiment.
