Abstract

AbstractThrough one‐way analysis of variance (ANOVA), it is found that monthly salary and academic entrepreneurial intention have a “U‐shaped” relationship. In qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), single‐factor necessity analysis found that self‐emotional support and family emotional support constitute the necessary conditions. Through multifactor configuration analysis, four paths are summarized as follows: “internal drive type,” “resource utilization type,” “relationship infection type,” and “opportunity capture type.” Through cross‐configuration comparative analysis, it is found that different support subjects have a substitution effect, the strong linkage relationship between self and family becomes a necessary condition, and emotional support is better than instrumental support.
