Abstract

What is affect of an online orientation course on student satisfaction? A Chi-Square non-parametric test was utilized to provide a statistical analysis of the participants’ responses. Findings indicated that online students should have a mandatory online orientation in the online environment. Education stakeholders should utilize these findings to develop a policy on mandatory online orientation programs.
