Abstract
With the Asian economies projected to surpass the US economy more countries will do business in Asia. The EU countries with their strong ties to Asia will increase trade and diplomatic ties with that region. The US and EU will maintain and continue ties militarily, but economically the EU will strengthen ties with Asia. Outside of India, China and Japan the ASEAN countries are now putting in a free trade zone which will make them economically strong and more prosperous.
