Abstract
Many people have trouble in conceptualizing what competitive intelligence (CI) professionals do. A systemic research is designed to understand how CI professionals work in real life. This paper reports the pilot phase of the project.De nombreuses personnes ont de la difficulté à conceptualiser ce que font les professionnels de la veille concurrentielle.
