Abstract
Educators need help in motivating their audiences. Respondents stressed that their major concern was motivating clients to use the abundant nutrition information now available. Many educators stated the difficulty in motivating diverse groups of people, each with different levels of interest in or knowledge about nutrition . They have found that programs which are successful with one group will not necessarily be helpful to another.
