Abstract
Brothers in a multigeneration family business engage in a power struggle, and the board must decide on a new leadership strategy.To learn the extent to which things can gradually go astray in a multigeneration family business, given the differing education and personalities of succeeding leaders. Also, to see the advantages of nonfamily board members' perspectives and how to influence and add value as a board member to a struggling family business engaging in a leadership power struggle.
