Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of western medicine combined with acupuncture for primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods 58 outpatients with primary bile reflus gastritis were selected from our hospital form January,2011 to June 2013 as study objects and then were divided into an observation group and a control group,29 for each group.The control group were treated with traditional medicine—pantoprazole,mosapride citrate,and Hydrotalcite Chewable Tablets—for 4 weeks.In addition,the observation group were acupunctured zusanli,yanglingquan,zhongwan,weiyu,piyu,neiguan,and gongsun 5 times as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.After the treatment,both groups were re-checked with gastroscopy and the curative efficacies and relapses in both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate was 100.0% and the relapse rate was 10.3% in the observation group,and 86.2% and 31.0% in the control group,with statistical differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with acupuncture for primary bileing reflux gastritis is worth be clinically generalized.
