Abstract
This book is about the history of Western and American Literature, as well as the analysis of literary issues, using modern approaches and concepts of literary theory. the book discusses the stages of development of Western literature from the Late Middle Ages to Postmodernism. This book is for Bachelor and Master students of Georgian and English Philology in the Faculty of Humanities. It is also for readers with an interest in the history of Western literature and literary studies.
