P010 WEST DELTA DEEP MARINE OFFSHORE NILE DELTA – AGGRESSIVE EXPLORATION PROGRAM COMMERCIALIZED THROUGH ELNG Sixteen E&A wells have been drilled between 1998 and 2002 in the West Delta Deep Marine concession with a 100% success rate. The concession located in the Egyptian deepwater Nile Delta was awarded to BG and Edison Gas in 1995 and is now operated by Rashpetco on behalf of the Burullus Gas Company (a joint venture company formed by BG EGAS and Petronas – replacing Edison) where the success story continues with an aggressive technology-enabled exploration and development program. 1 NICK STEEL 1 and MOHAMED
