AbstractCommercial Banking (MIC: SIC: 6021 NAIC: 522110)WesBanco is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides financial services including retail banking, corporate banking, personal and corporate trust services, brokerage services, mortgage banking and insurance through two reportable segments, community banking and trust and investment services. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. operated two commercial banks, WesBanco Bank, Inc. and Oak Hill Banks through 115 offices, one loan production office and 152 ATM machines located in West Virginia, Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania. Co. also serves as investment adviser to mutual funds under the name “WesMark Funds”. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. had total assets of $5.38 billion.
