Abstract
The keynote reflected on the challenges of developing a holistic approach, which would combine investment law, environmental and social justice elements in order to achieve the necessary energy transition. It is clear that all are in the same boat and that collective effort is required, with particular focus on sme s. No solutions are proposed but the investment law community is called up to open up its mind for this holistic approach.
