Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the wellposedness of the Cauchy problem for certain classes of higher order abstract differential equations, and our attention is focused on how we many give as good as posible estimates on the set of initial data, for which the solution exist. Some new results of existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence (on initial data) of solutions are obtained.
