Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the cross-coupled Camassa–Holm system. First, we prove local well-posedness for the cross-coupled Camassa–Holm equations in \(H^s ({\mathbb {R}})\) with \(s > 3/2\). Then, a blow-up criterion is established.
