Abstract

I have attended a good number of seminars in my 25 years as a correspondent for this newspaper, but never have I seen anything like this—the key administrators of the region's educational professionals, headed by M. N. Turash, director of the Regional Department of Public Education, and P. S. Dement'ev, principal of the Institute of Teacher Improvement, conquering their illiteracy. Their computer illiteracy, that is.
