Abstract
The technology of welding large diameter multilayer pipes in shop production is described. Circumferential and lap welding of such pipes to eliminate pore and other defect formations are considered in detail, with data on welding processes, conditions and materials. Experience in the construction of multilayer high pressure gas pipeline sections is described.
