Abstract
Welcome to the final issue in our third year! This issue features the second installment of essays on the "Responsible Use of AI Technologies" from the winners of the ACM SIGAI-sponsored student essay contest. In addition to having their essay appear in AI Matters , the contest winners received either monetary prizes or one-on-one Skype sessions with leading AI researchers.
