Abstract

Rationale: Weight loss (WL) in cancer patients is associated with less effective treatment and worse clinical outcomes1. Tumor characteristics are also related to prognosis2, but its association with WL has not been fully studied. We evaluated the association between WL with overall (OS) or disease-free (DFS) survival, and with aggressive tumor characteristics.
