Abstract
The wedding action is unity pre-wedding, wedding and post-wedding stages. The article analyzes the wedding ritual terminology in the Bukovinian dialects. The study corresponds to the ethnolinguistic aspect of linguistics, since the vocabulary of family rituals in dialects is a layer of lexemes with the so-called cultural component, that is, they reflect the realities of the culture of the people.
