Abstract

Intelligent substation (IS) is an important component and core hub of modern power system, which will play a key supporting role in the development of power grid. It is very important to provide guidance and help for the construction and operation of the power grid and the transformation of IS, analyze the relevant influencing factors of IS, and carry out evaluation research on IS. The main purpose of this paper is to design and research the communication security evaluation management system of smart substation based on Wed model. This paper establishes the system state evaluation object according to the system structure and equipment function characteristics of the IS; and through the analysis of the equipment operating state characteristics, combined with the operation inspection standard regulations, testing technical specifications and existing research literature, a unified system state evaluation index set is established and hierarchical evaluation models. Experiments show that the weighted average operator applied by the system is the synthetic operator of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation that best meets the system requirements, and the evaluation results are reliable.
