Abstract

The wide availability of contraception in Britain can mask the fact that pregnancy for many women is an unanticipated and sometimes unwelcome event. Those who believe, or find, themselves to be unexpectedly pregnant may look to internet sources for further guidance. Two sites that women may use under such circumstances are the Family Planning Association (FPA) and the British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS): www.fpa.org.uk www.bpas.org
