Abstract
The article presents the Design Thinking methodic as a modern approach of business problems solving by understanding users needs and looking for the best solutions to meet their requirements. The main goal of the Design Thinking is creating solutions which integrate human needs, business requirements and technological opportunities. The publication includes characteristics of the Design Thinking methodic, individual elements and steps of performing. The different phases of the methodic were described in the article on the example of the innovative usability deployment to existing website. Application of the Design Thinking methodic in the areas of both business and entertainment can greatly lead to the improvement of the quality of websites and various interactive services.
