Abstract

AbstractA 9‐year‐old girl with craniopharyngioma showed intriguing neurological signs that resolved completely after tumor biopsy. Her neurological examination was consistent with Weber syndrome and hemianopia. Imaging showed that the suprasellar brain tumor compressed the lesions suspected through neurological examination. Our case illustrates the importance of neurological signs in pediatric patients with brain tumors.
