Dear Guys, Aware that older patients - i.e., the population with more prevalence of AAA under surveillance - enjoy post-children and post-retirement travel, does that affect your recommendations for follow-up imaging of AAA? Would plans to extended travel in 2nd or 3rd world countries motivate rechecking that 3.8 cm AAA sooner than 2-3 years after the last imaging test? Would insurance carriers pay for that?
