Abstract

Wearable health systems, aimed to provide individualized health management and better quality of treatment and care, are emerging. It enables low-cost, user-friendly and continuous healthcare at any time and at any place. This paper provides a review of wearable technology for health related applications, including the analysis of user requirements, the introduction of current achievements in wearable health systems and its special branch -- intelligent biomedical clothing.
