We report particulate wear debris in bilateral internal iliac lymph nodes in a patient undergoing radical cystoprostatectomy who also had a loose but painless unilateral total hip arthroplasty. Our case illustrates that disseminated particle wear debris should be University Medical School, P.O. Box 3332, Durham, North Carolina added to the Of nodes in patients with an endoprosthesis.2 ~
