Abstract

The energy spectrum of ground and excited bound states of muonic molecule dtμ is calculated on the basis of stochastic variational method. The basis wave functions of the muonic molecule are taken in the Gaussian form. The matrix elements of the Hamiltonian are calculated analytically. For numerical calculation, a computer code is written in the MATLAB system. As a result, the numerical energy levels of ground and excited states of the muonic molecule dtμ are obtained.
