Abstract

This part [of the Chinese Journalism Yearbook 1983] is a series of research projects, which offer to journalists detailed information from the Beijing media public survey. As firsthand material, it portrays the texture of the affection that the public has for its own press, radio, and TV. We journalists need to assimilate the texture of mass attitudes in order to develop our media further.
