Abstract
Our plant specializes in the production of metal cutting tools. Following the vigorous development of socialist construction in our country, the state requires us to supply a larger number of cutting tools with greater variety and better quality. But is it possible to raise the quality of products to a new level when we have to increase output and the range of products on a large scale? There has always been a struggle on this question, from the factory headquarters down to the workshops and shifts. When we implement Chairman Mao's revolutionary line with greater consciousness and handle the contradiction between quantity and quality more properly, there is new development in production. Otherwise, setbacks will be suffered. The production of cutting tools in our plant has been developed and improved through this struggle between the two lines and two world outlooks.
