Ways to Form the Economic Nature Management in Modern Economic and Environmental Conditions

Abstract

AbstractThe relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that the development of ways of rational and integrated use of Russia's resources is associated with the need to search for organizational forms of science and innovative business that would improve the efficiency of research, accelerate the implementation of their results in production. Assessing the general situation in ecology as critical, as well as the need to preserve the diversity of wildlife and prevent the negative consequences of technogenic development, we believe that the time has come to solve the main problems of the formation of economic nature management in modern economic and environmental conditions. The possibility of implementing the most important aspects lies in the creation of a comprehensive program, the main blocks of which are the issues of rational nature management and environmental protection. The organizational and economic mechanisms proposed in the study aimed at increasing the complexity of the use of resources are a set of measures related to the processes of extraction and processing of extracted raw materials, ensuring high economic efficiency and environmental safety. The novelty of the study is due to the importance of the tasks that are of strategic importance for Russia. The main priority should be given to the comprehensive and environmentally friendly development of all structural links of the economy.
