Abstract

The article analyzes and suggests ways to combat corruption in public procurement. It is noted that the phenomenon of corruption is universal for any society, which differs only in the scale and forms of its manifestation. Аrticle analyzes the state policy of anti-corruption in the EU countries in the context of borrowing positive foreign experience for Ukraine and improving national legislation in the field of public procurement.
