Abstract

We enlarge the range of usage of the research of the non-static black-hole quantum thermal effect, which differs from both steady and advanced Eddington coordinate V state, get the solution of the Dirac equation near an evaporating charged black hole, obtain event horizon location and radiation temperature and spectrum of the particle, find a property attributed to this kind of black hole. Its local event horizon consists of two close event horizon surfaces. Its temperature is determined by both event horizons.
