Abstract
The International Seminar on Water Resources Education, held in successive sessions in Paris and Strasbourg, was the first formal activity of the International Hydrological Program. It was sponsored by the International Water Resources Association (IWRA) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (Unesco). The Paris portion of the meeting was attended by 74 participants from 28 countries; about half that number went on to Strasbourg.
