Water Quality Planning in the Greater Milwaukee Watersheds: A Collaborative Watershed ApproachThe Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC) and the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) formally agreed to cooperate in watershed-based water quality planning.
