Abstract

Before the industrial wastes, this river was unpolluted. Our globe is more than half water, and as a result of various factors, including people's activity, among the most prominent of which is industrial wastes and chemicals, it is becoming more and more contaminated every day. Water exists in all three states of matter—liquid, solid, and gas., which is an essential component. But the fundamental problem is that many anthropogenic and natural activities carried out by humans have an impact on this natural source. These are releasing dangerous chemicals and other organic and inorganic materials into the water, modifying it, and either causing harm, either directly or indirectly, to this natural water source. The current research analyses the potential repercussions of industrial effluents' influence on India’s aquatic ecosystem through the biological system.
