Water-induced efficient isomerization of glucose into fructose over the lithium loaded silicalite-1 catalyst at 50 °C

Abstract

Li/S-1 catalyst was used to achieve a fructose yield of 40.7 wt% with a selectivity of 99.9% from glucose in water at 50 °C.
